Returns

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, we accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. Please ensure the item is in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.

To make an exchange:

  • Once the return is processed, we will send you the new item or issue a refund if the exchange is not possible.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

  3. Return Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
